Apartments at Pools Beach are 2 beachfront one bedroom apartments with private access to one of the best beaches in Rincon, Puerto Rico- Pools Beach. Each rental apartment has a master bedroom with queen bed and full size futon style bed in the living area, sleeping up to 4 comfortably. Both vacation apartments have 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, balconies with ocean views, air conditioning, cable tv, wi-fi internet and private gated parking.
Pools Beach is unique as both a great surfing beach as well as having small "pools" for more family type beach water wading. It is also one of the more secluded beaches in Puerto Rico without the crowds of other Rincon surf spots such as Little Malibu or Domes.
Our apartments are great for those seeking a romantic getaway on a quiet Caribbean beach or for surfing enthusiasts seeking a challenging local beach break. Comfortably furnished, reasonably priced in a beautiful location on one of best beaches in Puerto Rico, Apartments at Pools Beach are one of those hidden gems that will keep you returning year after year.
The Puerto Rico off season is April through October when the waves are smaller. November through March is the high season and when Rincon area has some of the best surfing waves in the Caribbean! Puerto Rico water temps and air temps are balmy year-round, both in the 70's or 80's Fahrenheit with the warmest months being June through October. Wetsuits are not needed although a shorty may be helpful for surfers who are easily chilled and surf early morning sessions during winter.

Surf
This property is located near Pools Beach. Not one of the most well known surf spots in Puerto Rico. This beach consists of scattered reef breaks that offer up a fun wave and is a good beginner surf spot. Pools breaks best on a good West-Northwest swell. The beach gets it's name from the numerous pool-like rock formations. A great family beach.
This property is also located near Sandy Beach. As the name implies, this is a sandy bottom beach break with some rocky areas along the West end. Peaks break up and down the beach for a couple hundred yards with fairly good form and the crowds are usually low. Best swell ranges from the NE to NW with a south wind. Suitable for all skill levels.
This property is also located near Domes. The first point when your headed south around Rincon. Long rights wrap onto a rocky bottom.
