This property is located near Playa Avellanas. A collection of left and right beach breaks and reef breaks. The surf breaks range from Little Hawaii at the north end of the beach to a fun left at the south end. Low tide can get really reefy, medium or high tide is your best bet. Playa Avellanas is long (and beautiful) beach, so spread out and find a peak away from the crowd.

This property is also located near Playa Negra. One of the breaks featured in Endless Summer 2. This is one of the Costa Rica's best spots. A rocky reef right-hand break, Playa Negra is fast, hollow and can hold some size. It's tends to be bigger than the other spots around here. Fast waves, rocky bottom, juicy barrels, and ripping locals make this a great break, but not for the beginner.

This property is also located near Playa Blanca. Breaks directly in front of the Hotel Iguanazul. During a strong enough swell, this wave appears far offshore. When it breaks, it breaks well and it breaks big - usually at least twice overhead. There is a strong channel current leading out, so it is not that hard to get into the lineup - which will probably be sparse.
