Surfer's dream house built in 2010.
This beautiful vacation home is located in an undeveloped and pristine part of the Nicaraguan coastline. Numerous surf breaks without crowds are ready to be enjoyed. Guests can surf in front of the house or walk down the beach to other surf spots. Casa Sueno is in the new Finca Del Mar development which is located approximately 1.5 hours west of Managua, Nicaragua. Casa Sueno, completed in June of 2010, is a spacious 2,400 square foot home with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen and a separate laundry area. Casa Sueno is adjacent to the Los Cardones eco/surf lodge which offers many services and a wonderful restaurant.
The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own bathroom and shower. EVERY DAY YOU CAN CHECK THE SURF BY SIMPLY LIFTING YOUR HEAD OFF OF THE PILLOW. On the spacious upper deck just outside the master bedroom, enjoy your morning coffee or your cold afternoon beverages while connecting with your friends. Another spacious bedroom downstairs faces the ocean with a queen size bed and desk. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a full bed. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed. Between the two downstairs bedrooms is a large bathroom with two sinks and a shower. Three bedrooms are spacious and have air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The living room is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is open and large with a sliding glass door leading to the deck. The deck overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the daily sunsets. It is large with numerous Adirondack chairs and hammocks. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
The property manager is fluent in English. In addition, guests may submit a grocery list and have their food and drinks in the house upon arrival. Guests of Casa Sueño may utilize the restaurant and services from Los Cardones which is a short walk from the house. Services include the restaurant, surf board rental, surf lessons, child care, various day trips, service opportunities and a variety of other activities (see link below to Los Cardones).
During your stay, Casa Sueño has a maid dedicated to the house from 9:00am-3:00pm. In addition to cleaning, she will cook traditional Nicaraguan meals for Breakfast and Lunch.
Gran Pacifica is a resort nearby. This resort has wifi and satellite TV in addition to a golf course on the ocean.

Surf
This property is located near Rancho's. In front of the Los Cardones Surf Lodge, a gentle sand bottom beach with long lefts and rights breaking off a river mouth. Perfect for long boarders and beginner surfers. APR-OCT: biggest swells NOV-JAN: waist to chest high offshore perfection. FEB-MAR: chest to head high + swells, always offshore.
This property is also located near Hemmies. An island-like left Point. Fast, hollow and grinding, this wave breaks over a flat rock shelf. This is best for experienced surfers only. Good beginner waves on the sandy beach north of here.
This property is also located near Asuchillo. Located at the north end of the Gran Pacifica development is the Asuchillo beach break, which has a number of A frame peaks to choose from that can pump out beautiful almond shaped barrels. This break is fun for all surfing abilities, experienced and/or beginners. It's about a 30 minute walk along the beach from the Las Perlas condos and main pool area or 5-10 by car or golf cart.
