Located steps from the beach and minutes from Tofino. Nestled next to Pacific Rim National Park and situated within Clayoquot Sound, only a seven minute drive to the world-famous village of Tofino, Cox Bay Beach Resort provides easy access for exploring all the magnificence this World Heritage site has to offer.
In earlier times, Tofino grew as a service hub for explorers, traders, sealers, fishermen and loggers working this wild and rugged coast. Today the village features galleries, quaint eateries, bakeries, supply stores and pubs, serving both locals and its many visitors alike.
Surf Package
Special Includes
2 nights accommodation plus a 3 hour beginner surf lesson with Pacific Surf School. All gear including surfboard rental and wetsuite rental is included. Starting from $229 per person. Must be 13 years of age of older. All packages vary with seasonality, are based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified and are subject to blackout dates.

This property is located near Cox Bay. A broad expanse of sandy beach with beach break peaks found throughout. Almost always something to ride. Plenty of room for surfing, holds up to 6 feet or so. Bring your warmest wetsuit, booties, gloves, and hood.
This property is also located near S. Chesterman Beach. Good surf when the wind cooperates. A beautiful beach and popular hang out spot.
This property is also located near Long Beach. Canada's most popular surfing destination offering year-round surfing. Long Beach provides waves throughout the year, boasting world-class waves on occasion. Because of its wide expanse and western exposure, Long Beach is a great beach for windsurfing also.
