This property is located near Zippers. A fun, fast, zippy, right hand reef / beach break. This is without a doubt the most famous and one of the best breaks in Cabo. It can get crowded with tourist, ex-pats, and locals who rip. Give a lot of respect at this spot. If you don't really know what you're doing head a couple hundred yards over to Old Man's it's a classic beginner break, where everyone has fun.
This property is also located near La Roca. Between Old Man's and Zippers. A large rock marks the lineup of this rocky reefbreak. Mostly a right, sometimes you can sneak in some lefts. If Zippers is too crowded think about paddling over here.
This property is also located near Old Man's. Sometimes called Acapulquito, this slow, semi long, mushy right reefbreak is where you surf with the family. It's also where Mike Doyle runs his surf school. The Cabo Surf Hotel overlooks this wave. If you enjoy cruising on a longboard and sharing waves with a other very happy beginners, then this place is for you.

Thoughts I want to pass on:
I stayed in another unit, but everything mentioned in the hotel description was right on. When the hotel has dedicated board lockers on the property you know this place is for surfers. Everyone we met staying here was super nice and laid back. There were a lot of older surfers with their kids out in the line up, making the vibe very welcoming. The pool area is perfect for non surfers and younger kids and was well kept and clean. There are a few watering holes and restaurants within walking distance, so this would be a great option if you don't want to hassle with a car. We came here for 2 days before going up the SE side of the peninsula for a fishing trip. As a result we didn't bring boards with us. We rented from Bajawaterman, who had a good mix of Tufflights for rent at $30 per day. One was even brand new! And the icing on the cake was the guy at the shop even delivered the boards straight to our room, wax in hand.
For non surfers and flat spells I highly recommend going out for a day of fishing. We caught Dorado and Marlin, the one pictured came in at 175lbs. We took some of it to a nearby restaurant where they cooked it up for us. We felt very safe there, with gated parking and beach access. The guard at the gate must be doing a good job, as we saw many people kept their boards on their cars even at night. There also is a small convenience store (nothing like a 7-11) up by Zippers if you forgot anything. I highly recommend this place, as you can't get any closer to the surf in Cabo.
