This condo complex is only 4 years old and is located right at Kitebeach and has an amazing Ocean view. Each apartment (1,2,3 or 4 bedroom) has everything you need to live in and even more. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi with the view of the whole Cabarete Bay, right next to our famous BBQ area. Nice surf break and the the Domincan Republic's best Kiteboarding spot (one of the best in the world) all at once in the backyard. Only 20 minutes walking from town and 5 minutes from the grocery. There are fantastic restaurants right next door. If you travel with friends, family or alone, we guarantee you that you'll have the best time of your life. The staff will make sure you'll come back for more....
With 300 days a year of warm, rideable waves of all kinds, Cabarete has tons to offer during those few flat spells throughout the year. Surf
This property is located near Kite Beach. This is what puts Cabarete on the map. The Dominican Republic is famous for Kite Beach, a perfect place to practice and perfect kite surfing. In the mornings before the winds pick up you can usually paddle out (about 15 minute paddle) to nice a-frame peaks without a crowd. Most people are sleeping in or waiting for the wind to pick up so they can go kite. If you're a surfer this means some solitude in the water, enjoy.
This property is also located near Coco Pipe. A reef break that works best in winter and spring, Coco Pipe can be treacherous at times. The rights can be quick and barreling, best for experienced surfers.
This property is also located near Encuentro Beach Break. The most consistent surf break in the area. This waves is fun for rippers and also great for beginners. Most of the area surf schools take students to Encuentro to learn to surf. Plenty of parking and a nice sandy beach make this a good place to hang out for the day.
