Affordable Beachfront Bungalows in Sayulita
Right at the beach and by the river mouth, under the shade of coconut trees and surrounded by lush tropical garden and mangroves, Junto al Rio offers the perfect choice to enjoy Sayulita's beauty and tranquility.
Its location is ideal, right in front of the local surf spot with both right and left breaks and only a short walk on the beach to the village's center where you'll find shops, cafes and restaurants. Surf, relax and sunbathe on the beach a few steps from your suite's door or enjoy the ocean breeze on a hammock in a natural terrace and sleep with the whispering of the waves.
Enjoy Nayarit, Mexico's favorite funky beach villages on the Pacific at Junto al Río where the bungalows are a quiet and inexpensive beachfront accommodation to suit different Sayulita vacation budgets.
Accommodations
Built in a traditional style, made with regional materials like riverbed rocks, sand, palm tree wood, bamboo and "palapa" (palm roof). All bungalows and suites have an ocean view and are right on the beach where the ocean breeze keeps them fresh year-round
Quadruple occupancy - We have two private and spacious bungalows. Each has satellite TV, ceiling fan, standing fan, two double beds, bathroom (toilet, sink and shower with hot water), loft and a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a front porch with dining table.
Also two "ecosuites" (luxury tents/yurts), these suites don't have oceanview, but are only a few meters back, so you're still on the beach. These suites are spacious, and have a king size bed and two single beds, bathroom, small fridge, coffeemaker, single burner electric stove, sink, basic kitchen utensils and sitting area outside.
Double occupancy - We also have six suites. Each has ceiling fan, two double beds, bathroom (toilet, sink and shower with hot water) and kitchenette (fridge, electric stove, coffeemaker and basic utensils)
Other Amenities
Junto al Rio has a beachfront bar, ideal to enjoy a cold beer or fresh smoothy after a long surf session. We offer free high-speed internet and wireless service to our guests, we have surfboards and boogie boards for rent as well as motor scooters. We also offer pick up and drop off airport service to and from Sayulita (airport only 30 minutes away in Puerto Vallarta).

Surf
This property is located near Sayulita Left. A nice change whenever it gets too crowded at the main break. The right offers short fun rides, they can sometimes wrap around for 50-100 yards with the right conditions. Not as good as the point, but fun for goofy footers whenever you get tired of going backside.
This property is also located near Sayulita Point. A fun, beginner friendly break. It's a semi-right hand point break.
