Beach Front Lodging in Old Orchard Beach Maine. We best describe our Inn as an old-fashion European oceanside guest house. For the convenience of our guests we have 2 barbecue gas grills. Each room is unique offering a different antique or retro decor. Some of our units have kitchenettes, where others provide a more simple setting.
All units/rooms have fans; we do not have air conditioning, as the sea breeze is very refreshing. The Main House has 4 common washrooms, 7 guest quarters and a family gathering room. The Sea Camp and Beach Camp have private washrooms.

This property is located near Old Orchard Beach. This sandy bottom break can be great for beginners or advanced surfers. Usually small mellow wave, the spot can fire up with a good S or SE swell or hurricane. Larger waves in wintertime.
