PSSR is a laid back surf hotel situated a few yards from some of the best waves in Nicaragua. You can video and take pic's right from the upstairs balcony. We can lead you into the best barrel of your life here with a dry hair paddle out..

PSSR's 10 years of northern Nicaragua exploration and experience will guarantee waves too yourself. We know of more secret spots than anyone around. The owner of PSSR has been exploring and surfing the surrounding area for 8 years. Found the wave pipes and punta miramar in 2001, traveling north with amigo's from florida and known local surfer "Louis". 1st surfer to buy property in Miramar and kept it a secret for many years. Once other camps moved in PSSR was born. Before that the owner kept it a shack in front of SHACK's.
Our affordable beach front resort is situated between several of Nicaragua's greatest waves: Pipes, La Jamaica, Shacks, Punta Miramar...not to mention full boat access to the reeling 300m left at Puerto Sandino, ONE OF THE LONGEST WAVES IN CENTRAL AMERICA.
Thanks to Lake Nicaragua you can still enjoy the benefits of predominant offshore winds…without the crowds! We offer everything from your basic night-to-night hotel, to an all inclusive tour package. No matter what you choose, you always have access to the bar, pool, internet, and restaurant….and there’s always the option of having your sessions photographed.

Surf
This property is located near Punta Miramar. This beautiful left hander breaks over a rock reef bottom but still has a deep takeoff. The wave can be heavy with some nice barrel sections that flow into a softer section before it hits the inside and throws again. Provides long rides on the better days. Works normally on high tide and on low tide during big swells. Also known as "la Jamaicana" or "Miramar". Holds any size of swell.
This property is also located near Pipes. A-Frame Beach Break with a flat reef on the lefts. This wave has long lefts and rights and will barrel on most swells and works well on all tides.
This property is also located near Puerto Sandino. This is the most popular spot in the area. An offshore break with boat access only. A very long left over a sand bar with rocks on the inside. This wave can be very fast and hollow at times and provide long rides. Also know as "freight trains" or "La Barra" works on low tide and the boats leave in front of Miramar Surf Camp.
