About this property

Rancho Estero Rental Cabanas
Located in Santa Catalina, Panama, Rancho Estero has a series of 6 cabanas for our guests to enjoy all year round. We have fresh water, electricity, TV and free internet access after our most recent renovations in January 2010. Each cabana has comfortable beds, clean sheets, pillows, fresh towels and a tiki-tropical flavor you deserve when basking in this paradise we call home. There is a central shared kitchen that can be used to prepare dinners. We can also provide breakfast and many restaurants are nearby. We have a great patio area and wonderful decks that overlook the Pacific Ocean and Playa Estero.

Surfing Santa Catalina
We are located on the Estero beach (beachbreak) which is a great spot to learn and to advance your surf. 'La punta' (The point) is as it says a pointbreak for more advanced surfers. This spot is a 5-10 min walk away. The waves at Santa Catalina can reach world class status with one of the heaviest and best shaped waves in the country.

If you're looking for a great place to stay in Santa Catalina, or anywhere in Panama, that is on the beach, laid back, and offers affordable daily, weekly and monthly rentals with direct access to great waves then Rancho Estero is your choice!

Surf

This property is located near El Estero. Offers a nice sand beach and smaller waves breaking both left and right. A great spot for beginner surfers.

This property is also located near Santa Catalina. The reason surfers started coming to the area! Left and right breaks, tall and powerful waves. Best at high and medium tide. Low tide should be left for very experienced surfers with a lot of local knowledge. Very consistent break 80% of the time with the other 20% being knee to head high.
