Surf
This property is located near Villa Orleans. A short right hand point break that doesn't break very often. Rocky bottom, not for beginners. Warm clear water makes this a great SUP location with the added bonus of sometimes getting waves.
This property is also located near Little Malibu. A picturesque little bay behind the Black Eagle restaurant where small tubing rights wrap into the cove. The wave breaks over fire coral and is very shallow. Not a good spot for low tide. Usually quite a bit smaller here when everywhere else in Rincon is too big.
This property is also located near Tres Palmas. Puerto Rico's big wave spot. This break can hold 20+ foot swells, it doesn't even show until well over head, and works best on a North West swell. Tres Palmas is often compared to Sunset Beach on Oahu. This is true big wave surfing and not for the beginning surfer. There is a nice channel to paddle out but this spot is notorious for clean up sets, so keep your eyes on the horizon. As always respect the locals here, this is their playground.
