The Break

While there are several waves at K38, the main wave is called The Point. It's a mellow long right point break—the longest wave in the neighborhood. Longboards and funboards are ideal, however some sections are faster and shortboards can also be a good choice. The Point is best for surfers who can surf fast, seeking the occasional barrel. Booties are highly recommended. Consistency is year-round with good conditions in the summer and even better in the winter.
