Palo Alto is a small and privately-gated community in Guerrero, Mexico. It sits in a lush jungle area with its own A-frame break located right in front. It is also in close proximity to the secluded town of El Roble which sits at the crossroads of Palo Alto and The Ranch—the two best surf spots in the area. There are no tourist or commercial developments in the area. Shops can be found in town and are not within walking distance; supplies are best brought in.
The Break
Also known as A-Frames. Palo Alto is a crumbling and often times barreling, normal to long A-frame reef/beach break. Shortboards, funboards, and longboards are all good here. Consistency is year-round.
