The Break

Playa Venao is a series of powerful, punchy, and sometimes barreling, short to normal A-frame beach breaks. Waves are very versatile: some days are great for power surfing, others are ideal for aerials. The beach break has some punchy waves and tends to close out when the swell gets too big. These waves are ideal for intermediate and advanced surfers with shorter boards, however there are also fun waves for beginners and longboards. Consistency is high year-round with the biggest swell in winter.
