A perfect place for a surf trip or a relaxing family vacation. A very private place in nature that comfortably sleeps 7 people.
This gorgeous open air villa features 3 BR/2 BA. The 120 sq mt/1300 sq ft home is perfectly situated to enjoy the perfect view of the epic break of A-Frames, or Palo Alto as it is sometimes called. Also less than a mile to the Ranch, an epic left hand point in this beautiful stretch of the mainland Mexico coastline.
The villa is completely warm and inviting as you enjoy indoor/outdoor living. The master bedroom enjoys the same epic view while laying in bed and both showers feature 180 degree jungle and ocean views. This is the perfect surf retreat villa with just steps to your own break that is often empty with access only through a private gate or by boat.
The house sleeps 7 people. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has two bunkbeds. The kitchen is simple with a 4 burner stove, sink, refrigerator, and is equipped with dishes and pots and pans for all your cooking needs. Two full bathrooms with showers. There's an outdoor shower to rinse off after surfing and to clean off surfboards. The living area has couches with great ocean views. This is an excellent place for a surf retreat! Buy your groceries on the way to the house in the town of La Union where you can get fresh fish and vegetables.
This expansive property features a variety of fruit trees including; mango, papaya, dragon fruit and banana. Also enjoy the large roof top deck. This villa takes your breathe away in many ways.
The small community of Palo Alto consists of about 40 lots with only 9 houses built thus far. It is a private gate community with its own epic A-Frame break right in front. The residents primarily come down for a few weeks here and there to surf, but everybody keeps an eye on each other.
The house is not directly in a town and therefore groceries are not within walking distance. However, there are plenty of places to shop for food within a close driving distance. My caretakers are happy to shop and cook for an additional cost and given notice prior to your trip. Please let me know if you are interested in these services.
Palo Alto is only 60 minutes from the airport of Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa and the improved road is a dream drive to the small town where you go on a finely maintained dirt road to the gated entry to Palo Alto.
Less than a mile to The Ranch and Saladita is approximately a 25 minute drive. The small resort town of Troncones is another 35 minutes away.
Also known as A-Frames. Palo Alto is a crumbling and often times barreling, normal to long A-frame reef/beach break. Shortboards, funboards, and longboards are all good here. Consistency is year-round.
